  • Absolutely! We scoop rain or shine. If it's raining, we’ll still service your yard but skip the deodorizer since it’s not effective when wet—you’ll get a credit for it automatically.

  • Yes! We clean all accessible areas where your dog goes—front yard, backyard, flower beds, gravel, and more.

  • To prevent the spread of germs, we disinfect our tools and shoes with kennel-grade cleaner between every yard. We also make sure your gate is locked after each visit and send you a photo for peace of mind.

  • Nope! There are no contracts—you can start or cancel service anytime, no strings attached.

  • We double-bag the waste and place it in your trash bin. If we can’t access it, we’ll leave the bag neatly out of sight on the side of your home.

  • We’re happy to work with friendly dogs in the yard! If your dog is aggressive or makes our staff feel unsafe, we’ll ask you to bring them inside. For everyone’s safety, continued issues may result in removal from our service route

  • To keep costs low for everyone, we don’t offer specific day requests. However, in some cases, we may be able to provide limited scheduling flexibility.

  • We don’t offer exact arrival windows, but we’ll send you a heads-up about 60 minutes before we arrive.
